Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC ONLINE PURCHASES:

  • Returns must be received by Heist within 15 calendar days of original order date.
  • Please ship to: Heist 1100 Abbot Kinney Blvd Venice CA 90291
  • Upon inspection of your return, a refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
  • All sales are final on jewelry, undergarments and sale merchandise.
  • We are unable to accommodate any price adjustment requests.
  • Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached, in original packaging.
  • Heist reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

  • No credit card or cash refunds. Exchange or store credit only within 7 calendar days.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES:
  • At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
  • All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
  • If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Heist.

SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature please choose that option at checkout.
  • Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
  • Orders received before 2pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 2pm PST on weekdays or during the weekend and holidays will be shipped the following business day.
