ONLINE POLICY

DOMESTIC POLICY
Returns must be received by Heist within 15 calendar days of original order date.
FULL PRICE items qualify for REFUND to original form of payment
SALE items qualify for STORE/WEB CREDIT in the form of a gift card
Items designated as "FINAL SALE" may not be returned for any credit

Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Socks must be returned unopened, in original packaging.
Heist reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY
At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Heist.
